Our online store is operated via the Shopify platform.

The provider for European merchants is Shopify International Ltd., 2nd Floor, 1–2 Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Data processing may also be carried out by Shopify Inc., Ottawa, Canada.

In this context, personal data may be transferred to third countries (in particular the USA or Canada). Shopify uses standard contractual clauses in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Shopify.

7. Shipping and Dropshipping

To deliver your order, we pass on your name and delivery address to shipping service providers or suppliers.

Products are sourced via the AliExpress platform. Personal data may therefore be transferred to suppliers in China.

China is considered a third country without an adequacy decision by the European Union. Therefore, a level of data protection comparable to the EU cannot be guaranteed.

The transfer is carried out for the performance of a contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
